I am honoured to endorse Gary Caouette in recognition of his exceptional contributions to non-profit societies and condominium boards, where he has focused on improving condo governance and bylaws.

Gary generously offered his pro bono services to the Condo Owners Forum Society of Alberta (COF), demonstrating a deep commitment to our mission.

As we know, bylaws are crucial for the proper functioning of condominium corporations, serving as the foundation of governance.

Gary, acting as a master facilitator, stood out in his approach. Rather than dictating specific wording, he posed insightful, facilitative questions, usually with a series of options. that empowered our board to refine and enhance our bylaws.

His work exceeded our expectations.

Having employed “Gary the Condo Guy” was a very good move on the part of our board in amending our bylaw.
